Norman Schwartz grew up in New York’s Greenwich Village, studied painting at the High School of Music & Art, and Motion Pictures at NYU where he was the assistant to the famous teacher Prof. Haig Manoogian. He began his film career as an assistant editor in New York City and Hollywood.
He spent over twenty years living and working on films in Rome during La Dolce Vita years; returned to Hollywood in the 1970s, where he became the first ADR sound editor and director ever admitted to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He is also listed in Who’s Who in America.
He studied acting with the great teacher, Sanford Meisner, in Hollywood, and organized summer workshops with Meisner students.
At age sixty he left Hollywood to become the artistic director of two independent theater companies in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara, California.
At age seventy, he returned to New York to teach acting for film at the NYU Tisch graduate film school.
For the last ten or more years he has been travelling all over the world teaching acting, directing and writing in Paris, Bilbao, Florence, Milan, Sardinia, Budapest, Lagos [Nigeria] and in Abu Dhabi for the New York Film Academy schools and workshops.

Yorgos is an internationally recognized acting, personal development, and embodiment coach, renowned for his transformative approach to performance, leadership, and self-awareness. With a career spanning over two decades, he has guided clients across the arts, business, and wellness sectors to unlock their full potential through embodied presence and authentic expression.
Born in Athens, Yorgos began his artistic journey studying theatre at Nellie Karra's theatre school. He launched his career as a film and television actor before relocating to the United Kingdom in 2001. There, he founded Tmesis Theatre, a company specializing in physical theatre. In 2011, he established Physical Lab, a London-based training space dedicated to the development of actors, speakers, and leaders through embodiment practices.
Yorgos's coaching methodology emphasizes embodiment—integrating body, mind, and emotion to cultivate presence, confidence, and clarity. His work is particularly impactful for actors, public speakers, and professionals seeking to enhance their communication and leadership skills. Through international workshops, retreats, and masterclasses, he offers immersive experiences that blend movement, breathwork, and somatic techniques to foster personal growth and transformation.
As the founder of Physical Lab, Yorgos has created a dynamic platform for individuals to explore and expand their expressive capacities. His programs are designed to support participants in developing a deeper connection to themselves and others, enhancing both personal and professional relationships.
Yorgos's expertise has been sought after by a diverse clientele, including actors, entrepreneurs, and wellness practitioners. His collaborations often involve co-facilitating retreats and workshops that integrate fitness, embodiment, and personal development, providing holistic experiences that empower individuals to thrive.

Jaime Adalid is a Spanish actor, director, and acting coach, born in Bilbao and raised in Madrid, where he discovered his passion for theatre. He trained at the London School of Dramatic Arts and performed in major stage productions, including Platonov and Noches Blancas. His film breakthrough was La Pájara, followed by acclaimed roles in Fuego and Malpartida, which earned him a Best Actor award at the Madrid Film Festival. He is known for Spanish TV series like Cuéntame cómo pasó and Estoy vivo, and for starring as the antagonist in The Radio Amateur, which was showcased internationally. Adalid remains active in theatre and cinema, with upcoming projects like Schrodinger Cats, set for release in 2025.

After a degree in drama at the University of East Anglia, Stevie trained at Drama Studio London and worked as an actor in the UK, later taught scene study and improvisation at several UK drama and music schools, and then trained as a voice coach, completing the MA in Voice Studies at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Before relocating to Spain, he taught at many of the UK’s leading and emergent drama schools, including a decade on the voice faculty at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).
He has worked on a number of productions at London’s National Theatre, including: Macbeth, Antony & Cleopatra, Follies, Home I’m Darling, Love – and the acoustically experimental Anna (nominee, The Stage Awards 2020, Technical Achievement group), as well as other London and regional theatre. At the Odéon-Théâtre de l’Europe in Paris, he worked on Une Mort dans la Famille.
Film coaching in Spain includes: Bandoleros, The Bookshop, There Be Dragons, The Diplomat, and The Interpreter.
Alongside actors, he coaches radio and television presenters, choir leaders, ambassadors, trainee teachers – potentially anyone who’s a professional voice user.
