ART OF RIDING - EQUESTRIAN

Nesley  has been a committed student of ¨Art of Riding,¨ an equestrian training method employed by Minette Rice-Edwards who uses the ¨Alexander Tecnique¨ in training riders and  performers.

"Discovering that training techniques in theatre such as method, movement,  grounding, and Alexander are readily transferable to various equestrian disciplines, both in and out of saddle, has opened up new possibilities for me in working within myself on stage as well as training others."
